Pastor Carlos Kelly- Pastor Kelly was a business man in the Dominican Republic before emigrating to North America. In the USA, Carlos has been a church planter since the fall of 2000, and a Pastor of St. Paul’s E.C. Church for the last five years. His work at St. Paul’s E.C. Church on W. Market Street has included ministering to many first generation immigrants in his congregation. Pastor Carlos is involved in the community as Mediator for Conflict Resolutions, an ESL Teacher, and serves as a York City Police Chaplain. He also has served for many years on the Board of Directors for Logos Academy where his three girls have attended school.

What is this all about?
‘Community Conversations’ is intended to be a forum for Christians to discuss, in a respectful way, the ‘hot topics’ of the day – local, national and international. Our Christian Faith will serve as the common ground for our meetings. It is not our goal to convince one another of our positions, but to be enriched by sharing in thoughtful conversation. As seekers of the truth, we invite you to come and allow yourself to be challenged, and in so doing, examine your own perspective in a deeper way.
